Definitions

• "Service" refers to the guided tours and related services provided by Belgrade Turtle Cruise.

• "Participant" refers to any individual who books or takes part in a Service.

General Conditions

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a guardian.

• Participants should be in good health and physically able to partake in the tours.

Booking and Payments

​

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as required.

• Full payment must be received by the specified deadline prior to the tour.

• Payments for our tours are accepted in cash. We primarily accept Serbian dinar (RSD). However, if pre-arranged with your booking agent, payments in Euro (EUR) may also be accepted. Please ensure to confirm your preferred currency with your agent at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled tour. This should be done either in writing or by directly contacting the agent responsible for your booking. Please note that refund requests are subject to the terms agreed upon with your individual booking agent. The website https://www.belgradeturtle.com/ and its business owners are not liable for issuing refunds, as this responsibility solely rests with your designated booking agent.

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed as per the terms stated in our cancellation policy.

Tour Alterations and Cancellation by Company

• Belgrade Turtle Cruise reserves the right to alter or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions.

• In the event of cancellation by us, participants will be offered a rescheduled tour or a full refund in cash.

Liability and Insurance

​

• Belgrade Turtle Cruise is not liable for personal injuries or loss of personal belongings during the tour.

• Participants are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance.

Health and Safety

​

• All participants must adhere to safety instructions and guidelines provided by tour guides.

• Belgrade Turtle Cruise prioritizes the safety and well-being of all participants.

Complaints Procedure

Intellectual Property
