See Belgrade from the water with a glass of rakija, mulled wine or traditional hot rakija in hand. Our autumn and winter public cruise combines 90 minutes of sightseeing, an English-speaking guide and a relaxed afternoon aboard The Turtle. Choose one included drink: Serbian rakija, mulled wine or hot rakija, a traditional Serbian-style heated fruit brandy. Our rakija selection includes apricot, plum and quince, with the apricot and plum varieties made by our own family. The boat is part of the experience. Its distinctive glass dome, shaped like a turtle’s shell, offers river views while sheltering you from wind and rain. Two outdoor decks give you space to enjoy the fresh air and take photos with your favourite people. Starting at Beton Hala beneath Kalemegdan Fortress, we head towards the Sava–Danube confluence, Great War Island and Zemun. We then cruise along the Sava, past Kosančićev Venac, Belgrade Waterfront, Staro Sajmište and the Belgrade Fair, passing beneath the bridges towards Ada Bridge before returning to our starting point. Along the way, your guide shares stories about the city and its riverside landmarks. Come with friends, bring someone visiting Belgrade or join fellow travellers. This is a shared public cruise, so there’s no need to organise a private group. Outside drinks are not permitted. Children and babies are welcome; alcoholic drinks are served to adults only. Boarding involves steps, so the cruise is not suitable for passengers with limited mobility or wheelchair users. House-trained pets are welcome under their owner’s supervision.
